Refunds and Returns Policy

Your Satisfaction Matters

At The Wall Panel Company, we’re confident you’ll love your new wall panels. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy to give you peace of mind.

Returning Your Order

  • Changed Your Mind? No problem. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’ve changed your mind. The panels must be unused, in the same packaging they arrived in, and in perfect condition for resale.
  • Something Wrong? If your wall panels arrive damaged or with any faults, please get in touch with us straight away. We’ll happily sort out a replacement or a full refund, and we’ll cover any delivery costs.
  • How to Return: To return your order, just contact our customer service team. They’ll give you a returns number and all the instructions you need.
  • Return Delivery Costs: If you’re returning your order because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the cost of getting it back to us. If the panels are damaged or faulty, we’ll take care of the return delivery costs. It’s a good idea to use a delivery service that provides tracking, just in case.
  • Your Responsibility: Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of any items to us. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of delivery from your chosen courier, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Getting Your Refund

  • How We Process Refunds: Once we receive your returned order and have checked that everything is in order, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
  • How You’ll Receive Your Refund: We’ll refund you using the same method you used to pay for your order.
  • Possible Deductions: In some cases, we might have to deduct a small amount from your refund. This is usually if the returned panels aren’t in resaleable condition.

A Few Exceptions

  • Custom-Made Panels: We can’t accept returns for panels that have been made specifically to your measurements or requirements, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
  • Damage During Installation: We can’t be held responsible for any damage that happens to the panels while they’re being installed. We always recommend using a qualified installer to make sure the job is done properly.

This policy is in addition to your rights as a consumer under the law.
