Vilo Multi Force Underlay – Premium SPC Floor Tile Underlay for Smooth, Quiet Flooring

The Vilo Multi Force Underlay is a high-performance polyurethane foam floor underlay specifically designed for use with Vilo SPC floor tiles and other SPC, LVT, and rigid click flooring systems. At 1.5mm thickness, the Multi Force Underlay provides four key performance benefits: minor subfloor levelling (up to 0.6mm irregularity), acoustic isolation (16dB impact noise reduction), enhanced underfoot comfort, and an additional vapour barrier layer between the subfloor and the flooring system.

Sold as a 10m x 1m roll covering 10m², the Vilo Multi Force Underlay is straightforward to cut and lay prior to tile installation. Its high compressive strength (>500kPa) ensures it does not compress or deteriorate under the weight of the SPC tile system and normal foot traffic over time, maintaining its performance characteristics throughout the floor’s service life.
