1-Part 8mm End Profile White – The Essential Starter Trim for PVC Wall Panelling

The 1-Part 8mm End Profile in white is an indispensable finishing component for any 8mm PVC Wall Panels installation. Also known as a starter trim, J-trim, or end cap, this profile is used to begin and end a run of wall panels – concealing raw cut edges at the start, finish, and perimeter of the cladded wall area and replacing them with a clean, neat white trim that gives the installation a properly finished, professional appearance.

Measuring 2700mm in length and sized to suit 8mm wall panels, the white end profile is the natural companion to Classic Matt White, Gloss White, and other light-toned Classic range wall panels. It is made from rigid PVC, 100% waterproof, and designed for use in the same bathroom, wet room, and kitchen environments as the wall panels themselves.

How to Use an End Profile in Wall Panel Installations

The end profile is typically fixed to the wall at the start of a panel run – either vertically at the side of a wall, or horizontally at the top or bottom of the cladded area – before the wall panels themselves are fitted. The first wall panel slides into the profile’s channel, holding it in position and concealing the cut edge within the trim. A second end profile is then used at the opposite end of the run to close it off neatly. The result is a fully enclosed, professionally finished wall panel installation with no exposed raw edges visible at any point.

Seal within the trim channel using LMA White Silicone Sealant for a waterproof finish at all start and end points of the wall panelling run.
