25×25 External Angle Chrome – Mid-Size Chrome Corner Trim for PVC Wall Panelling

The 25×25 External Angle in chrome sits in the middle of the Classic external angle range, offering a slightly more generous 25mm face on each side for applications where the 20×20 profile provides insufficient coverage but the 30×30 feels oversized. The extra face width of the 25×25 makes it appropriate for wall panel installations where panels are fitted on a slight batten or where a small degree of wall irregularity means additional coverage at the corner is beneficial. Like all external angle trims in the Classic range, the chrome finish coordinates naturally with other chrome bathroom hardware and trim profiles throughout the installation.

At 2600mm in length and manufactured from waterproof rigid PVC, the 25×25 chrome external angle can be cut to any required height and is entirely suitable for bathroom, wet room, shower, and kitchen wall panelling applications.

Selecting the Right External Angle Size

As a general guide: for PVC wall panels fitted directly to a flat, even wall with no batten, the 15×15 or 20×20 external angle typically provides sufficient coverage at external corners. For wall panelling fitted on battens or over uneven surfaces where the panels project further from the wall, a larger angle – 25×25 or 30×30 – is more appropriate to ensure complete coverage of the corner joint on both faces. When in doubt, err towards the larger size, as an angle trim that is slightly too large is always preferable to one that is too small and leaves gaps at the corner edges.

Seal behind the trim and at all edges with LMA Clear Silicone Sealant for a waterproof external corner finish.
